A full-time outpatient program designed for adolescents who suffer from severe mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma disorders.

Intensive Outpatient
(IOP)

We offer in-person and virtual IOP programs for adolescents (11-17) for mental health and behavioral issues.

We also offer IOP programs virtually only for adults that need extra mental health support.

Individual Virtual Therapy

Individual therapy is available virtually for adolescents  (11-17) as well as adults that benefit from seeing a licensed therapist consistently.

Peri & Postpartum Care

Our Peri & Postpartum program's mission is to support individuals that are seeking mental health support and collective healing with our individual therapy and group sessions in the future.
