Maddie Keller - Wright

Licensed Therapist, MS, LAC
Scottsdale

Maddie Keller-Wright is a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides therapy for individuals, families, and couples. She works with clients experiencing serious mental illness (SMI), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, anxiety, depression, and communication challenges. Maddie’s style is person-centered and client-driven, focusing on meeting people where they are and helping them move toward the life they want to build.

Clients who work with Maddie can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where compassion is paired with accountability. She believes therapy is not about her—it is about you, your goals, and your growth. Maddie helps clients break through barriers, challenge limiting beliefs, and push past boundaries that may be holding them back. Her approach is both practical and empowering, offering strategies that create lasting change while honoring each client’s individual journey.

Maddie earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in trauma and crisis, and she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Behavioral Health Leadership and Teaching Psychology. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to provide tailored, effective care.

At Cedar Health, Maddie is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and discover new ways of communicating and connecting. Her goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as they step into growth and change.
