Michelle Beasley

Licensed Therapist, LAC
Tucson

Michelle understands that life’s challenges can leave people feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps. She believes that healing begins with compassion, authenticity, and connection—both with ourselves and with others.

She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University and has received training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and sand tray therapy with clients of various ages. Her integrative, person-centered approach supports clients in exploring their inner world, developing self-awareness, and creating meaningful change.

During her clinical training at Sierra Tucson, she worked with veterans and trauma survivors, utilizing evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.

When appropriate, she also integrates faith-based principles into the therapeutic process, combining empathy and understanding to help clients rebuild trust in themselves, strengthen relationships, and find peace through healing.
